Our Process

Thoughtfully Prepared. Carefully Processed.

Explore the stages behind our current ingredient powders—from choosing suitable raw materials to preparing, processing and packing the finished product.

These are illustrative visuals, not documentary photographs of our facility. The exact workflow can vary by ingredient and product.

THE JOURNEY

Six stages, each with a purpose.

Each stage has a role in preparing our current powders. The specific handling and processing requirements depend on the ingredient and the product being made.

STAGE 01

Raw Material Selection

We source ingredients from trusted local markets and verified suppliers.

Selection begins with choosing raw materials suited to the intended product. Their condition and intended use help determine what moves forward to preparation.

STAGE 02

Cleaning & Preparation

Ingredients are cleaned thoroughly and handled using gloves and hygienic practices.

The selected ingredients are cleaned and prepared before further processing. Clean handling practices are part of this stage.

WHY IT MATTERS

Prepared ingredients are ready for the next processing stage.

STAGE 03

Precision Slicing

Ingredients are sliced carefully to support more even dehydration and consistency.

Where slicing is required, pieces are prepared to a consistent size. More uniform pieces can help drying progress more evenly.

WHY IT MATTERS

Consistent sizing can support a more even drying stage.

STAGE 04

Controlled Dehydration

For the current powder workflow, ingredients are dehydrated at controlled temperatures between 55°C and 65°C.

Dehydration removes moisture from prepared ingredients. The appropriate settings and timing depend on the ingredient and the product being made.

WHY IT MATTERS

Moisture removal prepares ingredients for further processing.

STAGE 05

Fine Grinding

Dried ingredients are processed carefully into a usable powder form.

Once dried, ingredients are ground into a suitable powder texture. This turns the dehydrated material into a practical form for its intended use in drinks, meals or recipes.

WHY IT MATTERS

A usable powder format for the product's intended applications.

STAGE 06

Hygienic Packaging

Products are packed using clean handling practices to help maintain quality and freshness.

After processing, the finished product is placed into suitable packaging for storage and handling.

WHY IT MATTERS

Suitable packaging supports the handling and storage of the finished product.
